Feeder Tryouts
Tryouts dates for the 2023-24 season have not been finalized. However, you may still register for tryouts.
- 4th Grade - Monday Sept. 18 and Tuesday Sept. 19 at Harper College, 6:30-8:00 (two nights)
- 5th Grade - Monday Sept. 18 and Tuesday Sept. 19 at Harper College, 6:30-8:00 (two nights)
- 6th Grade - Monday Sept. 11 at Willow Rec Center on Algonquin Rd., 5:30-7:00
- 7th Grade - Monday Sept. 18 at Harper College, 8:00-9:00 and Tuesday Sept. 26 at Fremd HS 7:30-9:00 (Main gym)
- 8th Grade - Tuesday Sept. 26 at Fremd HS 6:30-8:00 (South gym)
Players will need to bring a size 28.5” girl’s basketball and a water bottle. There is no fee.

About Fremd Girls Feeder
Fremd Feeder Girls Basketball is a competitive program designed to prepare girls from 4th to 8th grade to play basketball at Fremd HS. It is open to all girls who live within Fremd HS’s physical boundaries. The organization is dedicated to improving the basketball skills of all players by providing instruction, practice, and games to gradually prepare girls for the opportunity to play successfully at the high school level. Fremd Feeder is considered one of the top feeder programs in the suburban area. In the past 15 years, over 60 Fremd Feeder players have progressed to play on the varisty at Fremd, 16 have gone on to play in college, and 1 played professionally.
